Day 1

Delhi to Haridwar: Arrival and Ganga Aarti

Depart from Delhi in the morning and drive to Haridwar, the gateway to the Char Dham. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, witness the spectacular Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, where thousands of devotees offer prayers to the holy river. Explore the bustling local markets before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Haridwar to Phoolchatti: Gateway to Yamunotri

After breakfast, drive to Phoolchatti via Barkot, a scenic town at the foot of the Himalayas. En route, enjoy panoramic views of the Yamuna valley and the surrounding hills. Arrive in Phoolchatti, the base camp for the Yamunotri temple trek. Check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, soaking in the serene mountain atmosphere. Overnight in Phoolchatti.

Day 3

Phoolchatti to Harshil: Himalayan Hamlet

Today, drive to Harshil, a picturesque hamlet nestled in the Bhagirathi valley. The route offers stunning views of snow-capped peaks and dense forests. Stop at the Harshil village to admire the apple orchards and the pristine environment. Visit the local temples and enjoy a peaceful evening in this offbeat destination. Overnight stay in Harshil.

Day 4

Harshil to Gangotri and Uttarkashi: Source of the Ganges

Early morning, proceed to Gangotri, one of the four Char Dham sites. Visit the sacred Gangotri temple, dedicated to Goddess Ganga, situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. After offering prayers, drive to Uttarkashi, a holy town on the banks of the Ganges. En route, stop at the confluence of rivers and enjoy the scenic beauty. Overnight in Uttarkashi.

Day 5

Uttarkashi to Guptkashi via Chamba and New Tehri

Depart from Uttarkashi and travel to Guptkashi via Chamba and New Tehri. The drive passes through the Tehri Dam, one of the largest hydroelectric projects in India, offering breathtaking views of the reservoir. Arrive in Guptkashi, a small town known for its ancient Vishwanath temple. Check into your hotel and rest for the upcoming Kedarnath trek. Overnight in Guptkashi.

Day 6

Guptkashi to Kedarnath: The Himalayan Shrine

Travel to Gaurikund, the base for the Kedarnath trek. From Gaurikund, begin the 22 km trek to Kedarnath, or opt for a helicopter ride (at additional cost). Upon reaching Kedarnath, visit the ancient Kedarnath temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is surrounded by majestic snow-clad peaks. After the darshan, either stay overnight in Kedarnath or trek back to Gaurikund. Overnight in Gaurikund or Kedarnath as per arrangements.

Day 7

Kedarnath to Tilwara: Descent via Rampur

After morning prayers at Kedarnath, trek back to Gaurikund. Drive to Rampur, a quaint town on the banks of the Ramganga River. Continue to Tilwara, a quiet hill station known for its apple orchards and panoramic views. Check into your hotel and relax after the strenuous trek. Enjoy a peaceful evening in the lap of nature. Overnight in Tilwara.

Day 8

Tilwara to Badrinath via Joshimath: Divine Darshan

Drive from Tilwara to Joshimath, the winter seat of Badrinath. Visit the Joshimath temple, where the idol of Badrinath is brought during winter. Continue to Badrinath, the most revered of the Char Dham shrines. Offer prayers at the Badrinath temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, and take a holy dip in the Tapt Kund hot spring. Spend the evening exploring the town. Overnight in Badrinath.

Day 9

Badrinath to Kaleshwar via Joshimath: Return Journey

After morning darshan at Badrinath, drive back to Joshimath. En route, stop at the scenic viewpoints. Continue to Kaleshwar, a sacred town known for the Kaleshwar Mahadev temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is located on the banks of the Alaknanda River and offers a tranquil atmosphere. Check into your hotel and unwind. Overnight in Kaleshwar.

Day 10

Kaleshwar to Haridwar via Kaudiyala: River Rafting Adventure

Depart from Kaleshwar and drive to Kaudiyala, a popular spot for white water rafting on the Ganges. Enjoy an exhilarating rafting experience on the rapids (optional, at own cost). Later, continue to Haridwar. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Spend the evening exploring the local markets or visiting the temples. Overnight in Haridwar.

Day 11

Haridwar to Delhi: Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Delhi. The journey takes approximately 6-7 hours. Drop-off at your desired location in Delhi (airport, railway station, or hotel). The tour concludes with cherished memories of the Char Dham pilgrimage.
