Depart from Uttarkashi and travel to Guptkashi via Chamba and New Tehri. The drive passes through the Tehri Dam, one of the largest hydroelectric projects in India, offering breathtaking views of the reservoir. Arrive in Guptkashi, a small town known for its ancient Vishwanath temple. Check into your hotel and rest for the upcoming Kedarnath trek. Overnight in Guptkashi.

Travel to Gaurikund, the base for the Kedarnath trek. From Gaurikund, begin the 22 km trek to Kedarnath, or opt for a helicopter ride (at additional cost). Upon reaching Kedarnath, visit the ancient Kedarnath temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is surrounded by majestic snow-clad peaks. After morning darshan at Badrinath, drive back to Joshimath. En route, stop at the scenic viewpoints. Depart from Kaleshwar and drive to Kaudiyala, a popular spot for white water rafting on the Ganges. Enjoy an exhilarating rafting experience on the rapids (optional, at own cost).
